Journal article writing and publication support

Your research is already done. What you need now is a proper manuscript that fits a real journal's rules, and the confidence that the journal you're aiming for is one worth publishing in. That's what this service is for.

Why this matters

A word on predatory journals

This is something we take seriously, and it's worth explaining why.

What a predatory journal actually is

A predatory journal takes your money and publishes almost anything, with little or no real review of the work. It looks like a normal academic journal on the surface. The real damage shows up later, when the publication doesn't count toward your career, or worse, when it's flagged and it costs you credibility you worked hard for. This has affected a real number of Nigerian researchers, often without them realizing until it's too late.

Before we start writing your article, we look into the journal's publishing history and how it actually operates. If you already have a journal picked, we still check it. If you want our help choosing one, we only point you toward journals we'd be comfortable putting our own name behind.

Who this is for

Mostly postgraduate students, and researchers under a deadline

Most of the people who use this service are postgraduate students turning a completed thesis into one or more publishable articles. Some are academics who are simply too busy to do the writing themselves while under pressure to publish. Either way, the process is the same: your research, formatted properly, checked against a real journal, and ready to submit.

Common questions

Questions people ask before starting

Can you turn my finished thesis into a journal article?
Yes. If your research is already done, we restructure it into a proper journal manuscript. If some parts are still thin, we can add more literature and strengthen the analysis before it goes into article form.
Will the article match the journal's own formatting rules?
Yes. Every journal has its own rules for reference style, word count, and structure, and we format the manuscript to match the specific journal you're submitting to.
Do you submit the article to the journal for me?
It depends on what you want. Some students prefer to submit it themselves, often through their supervisor. If you want us to handle the submission itself, tell us on WhatsApp and we'll work that out with you.
What if the journal asks for changes after review?
If you get review comments back, send them to us and we'll help you respond to each point and revise the manuscript properly.
Can you help me pick a journal, or do I need one already?
Either way works. If you already have a journal in mind, we write to match it. If you don't, tell us your field and we'll help you find a suitable one.
How do you make sure a journal is not predatory?
Before we start, we check the journal's history, its publishing format, and how it actually operates. Some students come to us with a specific journal already picked, and we do this check either way so you're not caught off guard later.
Do you only work with Nigerian journals?
No. We work with local Nigerian journals and international journals, including ones indexed on Scopus and Web of Science.
How many articles can come out of one project or thesis?
Most requests we get are for two, three, or five articles from one piece of research, and that's the typical range.
How fast can one article be ready?
A single article can be ready within 24 hours in many cases. Some journals ask for more tables, more referencing detail, or extra footnotes, and those naturally take longer to get right.
