I haven't collected my data yet. Can I still get help?

Yes. If you're still designing your questionnaire or data collection plan, it helps to get that reviewed before you go into the field, so the data you collect actually answers your research questions.

Which software do you use?

It depends on your data and your department's expectations. SPSS covers most standard student projects. R gets used for more advanced statistical models. Excel works fine for smaller survey datasets. Python comes in for data science or machine learning-focused projects.

Will I actually understand the results, or just get a document?

Every result comes with a plain explanation of what it means for your research question, not just the output table. If you're asked about a p-value or an R-squared figure in your defense, you should be able to answer without re-reading anything.

Can you help with just the analysis, without writing the rest of my project?

Yes. Data analysis is offered as a standalone service. Send your dataset and research questions and only the analysis chapter gets handled.
